(Middle) Researcher, Market Research
Info Sapiens is one of the biggest local research agencies in Ukraine and is now actively developing a market research department. We are looking for a motivated researcher (middle) who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and is willing to work in a highly dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- • Manage consumer research studies ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of research findings (both on your own and with the support of more senior colleagues);
- • Design research studies, including preparation of research tools(questionnaires);
- • Take part in the preparation of research proposals, look for ways to solve a Client’s business issues creatively;
- • Act as the liaison between the Client and Operations teams (Data Collection and Data Processing), either internal (own Operations team) or external (third-party suppliers);
- • Prepare actionable and visually pleasantresearch reports, being ready to present findings to Clients;
- • Develop Client relationships - work closely with clients to understand their research objectives and provide customized solutions.
Job requirements:
- • University degree in Sociology, Marketing, or other related fields;
- • At least two years of experience in the field of market research(work experience in a research agency is expected);
- • Knowledge of quantitative types of studies: Usage&Atitude (U&A), Brand Health, Segmentation;
- • Knowledge of qualitative research methods is a plus;
- • Knowledge of basic statistics and statistical methods is a plus;
- • Knowledge of English (written, spoken) – B2 or more;
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); knowledge of SPSS (or other data analysis tools)is a plus;
- • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret research data and derive meaningful insights;
- • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills to effectively manage projects and convey research findings to Clients;
- • Collaborative mindset;
- • A proficient/native level of Ukrainian is expected;
- • Living in Kyiv is a plus, but remote job options are negotiable.

Junior Researcher, Market Research
Info Sapiens is one of the biggest local research agencies in Ukraine and is now actively developing a market research department. We are looking for a motivated junior researcher who wants to grow in the industry and is passionate about research and data analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- • Assist Researchers and Senior Researchers in research project management (finalize and test the questionnaires, help to control timelines and data quality);
- • Participate in data analysis and report preparation (code open-ended questions, chart the reports, and help to write research findings).
Job requirements:
- • Graduates or students in Sociology, Marketing, or other related fields;
- • Experience with data analysis – experience from other research agencies or proven experience in data analysis from University;
- • Knowledge of English (written, spoken);
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); knowledge of SPSS (or other data analysis tools)is a plus;
- • Analytical skills, curiosity, and desire to delve deeper, being interested in quantitative methods;
- • Collaborative mindset and good communication skills;
- • A proficient/native level of Ukrainian is expected.
